International Education Association Limited is an united organization formed by ESDI, FMCHK & HKEC respectively. We have incorporated in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance started on 28th July 2009, plus we are entitled to exemption under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance and is exempt from all taxes payable under the Ordinance.
